Seasons of Change: A Personal and Professional Update 🍂🌿
Hello, beautiful community—
Over the past few months, I’ve gone through some big changes—personally and professionally—and I wanted to share my heart with you. As many of you know, I’ve moved my practice from Florida to Georgia. This wasn’t a decision made lightly, but one rooted in deep self-reflection and a desire for alignment.
🌱 Why the Move?
While I have cherished my time in Florida, I noticed a slowing in my business growth and, honestly, a growing overwhelm from juggling too many professional directions at once. I knew I needed to pause, step back, and give myself the space to sort through these opportunities with clarity and intention. This move may not be permanent, but it is purposeful. If and when I return to Florida, I want to do so with a practice that is whole, sustainable, and supportive—both for you and for me.
🌦️ Listening to Nature (and My Body)
I also found myself deeply missing the rhythm of the seasons. The constant heat began to feel oppressive—not just physically, but energetically. As we age, our qi (vital energy) naturally declines, and the body's ability to regulate heat and moisture can shift. I was feeling it. Georgia’s four distinct seasons were calling me, offering a pace and climate that feels more aligned with where I am in my own healing journey.
🧘♀️ A New Approach to Care
I’m building my life and practice more intentionally now. That means:
Less rushing and multitasking
Fewer in-person physical treatments
More structured, client-centered virtual self-care sessions
Thoughtful boundaries around access and communication
To better support both of us, I’m transitioning away from being constantly available for unstructured texts and calls. Instead, I’m introducing Mind-Body Messaging, a support membership that offers you timely, meaningful guidance—while allowing me to give from a full cup. This change creates a more equitable, respectful balance for everyone involved 🤝.
